About Event

Every environmental justice fight needs someone willing to keep the camera rolling long after the news crews leave. Curated by EJOHP as a part of the day-long Stories that Move program, this panel brings together documentary and impact producers bridging major studios and grassroots storytelling to tackle the question every filmmaker faces in this moment: what actually happens after the credits roll? We'll dig into how documentary film moves audiences from empathy to action on environmental justice, and what it takes to make sure a story doesn't just get watched, but gets used.
