Hacknight #3 - Maxime Cuillerier on co-created digital public services and how civic hacking can help

​Speaker: Maxime Cuillerier

​Maxime Cuillerier is currently a PhD student in public administration at École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP) in Montréal. Previously, he earned an MBA specialized in machine learning and business analytics from Université Laval. Maxime has been working for over 18 years at the Government of Canada, where he has held various operational and strategic positions. During his professional career, he has had the opportunity to work on various projects related to artificial intelligence and organizational change. In terms of scientific research, Maxime is interested in civic hacking, digital intrapreneurship/entrepreneurship, co-creation of digital public services, human-AI relation, application of Posthumanist ontologies in public organizations.

​Maxime Cuillerier est présentement étudiant au doctorat en administration publique à l’École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP) à Montréal. Précédemment, il a obtenu un MBA spécialisé en apprentissage automatique et en analytique d'affaires de l’Université Laval. Maxime travaille depuis plus de 18 ans au gouvernement du Canada, où il a occupé divers postes opérationnels et stratégiques. Au cours de sa carrière professionnelle, il a eu l'occasion de travailler sur divers projets liés à l'intelligence artificielle et au changement organisationnel. En ce qui a trait à la recherche scientifique, Maxime s'intéresse au piratage civique (civic hacking), à l'intrapreneuriat et à l'entrepreneuriat numériques, à la co-création de services publics numériques, à la relation humain-IA, ainsi qu'à l'application des ontologies posthumanistes au sein des organisations publiques.
