Hosted By: Tech Exploration Lab & Weinert Center for Entrepreneurship
Who Should Attend

Teams working on early-stage ventures
Anyone curious about funding, but unsure where they stand
What to Expect
Thinking about raising money for your startup but not sure if you should?
Join us for a practical, low-pressure session focused on one question: How fundable is your startup idea right now?
This is not a pitch event. It’s a chance to get honest input on where you are, what matters, and what to think about next.
We’ll start with a quick overview of how investors and experienced operators think about early-stage startups then shift into a conversation-driven format where you can engage directly with founders, operators, and advisors.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Ask questions about your own idea or startup
Get a sense of what makes something fundable (or not)
Understand whether raising capital makes sense—and when
Learn what steps typically come before funding
