HER Table

Honest. Experienced. Real

A monthly, women-centered conversation series for professionals across the Commercial Real Estate industry. Each session spotlights speakers from a specific CRE discipline for raw, experience-led conversations about (non-linear) career paths and lessons learned. It’s a space built for real discussion, where curiosity is welcomed, perspectives are valued, and conversations feel more like a thoughtful exchange than a panel.

Property Managers Are at the Table This Month

Property managers are the steady force behind buildings that actually function. In this conversation, our guest speakers will share what it takes to run complex properties day to day, from balancing tenant needs and owner expectations to managing operations, budgets, and the endless stream of unexpected challenges. Expect candid stories, practical insight, and honest perspectives on keeping buildings running smoothly while building strong relationships across tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. This is real talk about what it takes to manage the spaces where work happens every day.
