  • ​How designers can leverage an understanding of business to become effective leaders within any organization.

​Former Principal Design Strategist at Thoughtworks, Minette has over a decade of design leadership across industries from automotive to finance. She now works at the intersection of regenerative systems, green tech, and inclusive design—helping transform urban food systems into resilient, sustainable, and abundant networks.

  Talk: “The End of Design Process”

  • ​How design leaders—and their teams—need to change to bring meaningful impact to their organizations and stay relevant in an age of augmented intelligence.

​Franco is a design and innovation leader with 20+ years of experience. He leads teams helping Vistaprint’s customers create impactful designs for marketing and merchandising. He has worked in e-commerce, healthcare, finance, edTech, and more across London, Amsterdam, Shanghai, and Berlin.
