mHUB’s Women in Manufacturing & Engineering day brings together more than 300 leaders from across the public and private sectors for a half-day program spotlighting the expertise of women driving innovation in manufacturing and engineering.

mHUB is thrilled to welcome Jody Howard, Vice President of Innovation & Emerging Technology, at Caterpillar, Inc. as the 2025 keynote speaker.

This fireside conversation will provide a unique opportunity to hear from one of the industry’s most influential leaders as she shares insights on innovation, leadership, and the evolving future of manufacturing.

Themes shaping this year’s agenda:

Is an AI-enabled workforce the solution to manufacturing’s labor shortage? The conversation will explore how technologies like AR/VR and robotics are reshaping the factory floor and manufacturing's workforce problem, and the legal, operational, and ethical questions of a tech-enabled workforce.
