AI After-work: what does AI really change for people, the planet and the economy? 🇬🇧 &🇪🇸
Everyone is talking about AI. Few ask what impact it really has on people, on the planet and on an organisation's economic model.
This 90-minute collaborative workshop invites you to pause before choosing tools. Together, we work on a fictional company and real AI use cases. For each one, we look at its consequences (social, environmental and economic) and name the conditions that make adoption sustainable over time… or not.
You leave with a clearer, more nuanced view of what bringing AI into an organisation responsibly means, and an idea of where to start in yours.
This is not a tools workshop: no prompting, no model comparisons. No technical background required; a mixed room is what makes the discussion richer.

ES :Todo el mundo habla de IA. Pocos se preguntan qué impacto tiene realmente en las personas, en el planeta y en el modelo económico de una organización.
Este taller colaborativo de 90 minutos propone detenerse antes de elegir herramientas. En grupo, trabajamos sobre una empresa ficticia y casos de uso reales de IA. De cada caso miramos las consecuencias (sociales, ambientales y económicas) y nombramos las condiciones que hacen que una adopción sea sostenible en el tiempo… o no.
Sales con una visión más clara y matizada de lo que significa integrar la IA de forma responsable, y con una idea de por dónde empezar en tu organización.
No es un taller de herramientas: no haremos prompts ni compararemos modelos. Tampoco hace falta conocimiento técnico; la diversidad de perfiles es lo que enriquece el debate.
Un formato en sintonía con The Social Hub (B Corp) y con Barcelona4Impact: reunir a personas diversas para construir una economía más justa, sostenible e inclusiva.
Al final presentamos El Mural de la IA®, el taller completo que llevamos a las organizaciones.
