Machine Cinema brings you a whole new GenJam concept: A GemJam! We've never done this before. A hackathon where we use AI to design 2D jewelry concepts, use AI to turn them into 3D objects, use 3D printers to print them, use AI to create video commercials for the jewelry, and then see it modeled on the runway, that night!

That is the whole idea. You sketch a piece, design it with AI, we print it in the room, you make a commercial for it, and you walk out with it on.
The printer takes about 50 minutes, so you make the AI ad while it runs. By the end of the night you have a real object and a commercial!
We know, it's a crazy idea, but in a world of vibe coding hackathons, Threejs websites, and yet another panel/fireside chat, we thought let's push things as far as we can go. Why not?
(Also, if you don't want to jam but you just want to see what people made, no problem! Just come for the runway show and catch all the creations.)
Ticket prices go to funding the 3D printing, dinner, and drinks. Bring your fanciest clothing and dress up and join us!

2pm to 6pm. You build.
🎨 Concept. Generate your design with image tools.
🧊 Model. Turn it into a printable mesh with Hyper3D. Free credits!
🖨️ Print. Send the file to Itemfarm. 50 minutes on the bed.
🎬 Ad. Cut a commercial with Martini.film while you wait. Free credits for everyone.
Feel free to bring your own team or come solo and we'll match you with new friends.
✨ Part Two: The Runway
6pm to 8pm. Come to see the jewelry modeled on the runway! Dress up if you want, and if you want to model, let us know in registration.

🗳️ Everyone votes on their favorites. Product and commercial, judged together.
🏅 Winner gets their jewelry cast in bronze.
