About Event

Are you feeling stuck in your corporate job, wondering what it might be like to walk away from a stable job and choose a path that feels more true to who you are?

Maybe you’ve been feeling the weight of the corporate grind, fantasizing about what it would be like to live with more freedom, traveling the world, working for yourself, or devoting your life to helping others heal and grow.

Perhaps there’s a quiet voice inside that says:
“I don’t want to spend the rest of my life behind a screen.”
“I feel called to do something more meaningful—with real humans, not just spreadsheets and Slack.”
“But... what if I fail? What if I regret leaving?”

You’re not alone. These are the exact thoughts Tian Tian and Xuel have wrestled with on their own journeys.

Tian Tian, an ex-banker and ex-tech operator, left the corporate and startup world after 10 years of chasing external success—Harvard MBA and all—only to realize it wasn’t bringing her the fulfillment she craved. Ex-software-engineer Xuel quit her cushy job in big tech to become a psychotherapist. Now they run their own businesses, dictate their own schedule and get to embrace their creative freedom.

In this session, they will share their personal journeys before and after being a “quitter”, from secure corporate careers to embracing the unconventional path and figuring things out on the go.

They will share the raw truth:

  • the highs, the lows, the unpredictable events and the invisible struggles

  • what inspired us to quit our secure jobs, and how we thought life would be vs how it actually turned out to be after we quit

  • how their solopreneur creative worker lifestyle is not as glamorous as Instagram makes it seem

  • the things that nobody warns you about when you turn your passion, creativity, or spiritual practices into paid work

  • the hard-earned insights from blending personal healing with career expansion

The second half of the session is all about YOU. Together, we’ll dive into an interactive prompts and exercises to help you cut through the noise and get crystal-clear on your desires and priorities. Whether you’re thinking about switching careers, following your dreams, or taking a break, we’ll guide you to hear the different voices inside you to make the best decision for yourself.

We will help you:

  • identify your core fears and desires and expand your vision on possibilities of your future

  • break down the barriers that are keeping you stuck and gain the support and courage to trust your own path

  • discern your inner wisdom and voice of your true self from conditioned patterns, stories and beliefs that are not serving you

  • find concrete actions & design a path forward such that you can access more creativity & freedom in your life

Whether you’re simply curious about making a change or ready to take the leap, you’ll leave with clarity, inspiration, and practical insights on how to move forward with confidence.

Come join us for this workshop about taking bold steps, navigating uncertainty, and cultivating your own path.

About Tian Tian

Tian Tian is a Holistic Wellness & Transformation Coach who creates safe, heart-centered sacred spaces for healing & self-discovery.

After a decade in high-pressure environments, from Wall Street to Silicon Valley to Harvard, she found herself burned out and disconnected, yearning for something deeper. What began as a personal quest to answer the questions “Who am I?” and “Where is home?” led her on a four-year nomadic journey across the world, studying with masters, gurus, and wisdom keepers. Along the way, she reawakened her connection to body, mind, spirit, nature, and the divine.

Through her Coming Home to Yourself 1:1 coaching program and community offerings, she now supports high-achieving, sensitive individuals in slowing down, regulating their nervous systems, and reconnecting with a deep sense of inner safety and truth. Her approach blends somatic and intuitive work with mindset shifts that release old conditioning and open space for new possibilities. She often incorporates authentic relating, yin yoga + qi gong, sound healing, seasonal attunement rituals, and creative expressions to support clients through life transitions, identity shifts, and the journey of living in alignment with who they truly are.
