GenAI & The Mayoral Showdown: Who Will Win NYC 2025?

Adams. Mamdani. Cuomo. Who’s got the momentum, the narrative, the edge?

This isn’t your average civics class. This is NYC politics dissected by generative AI — a fast-moving, no-prerequisite workshop for business professionals who want real-time, intelligent insights into the city’s highest-stakes race. Over 3 hours, we’ll use cutting-edge language models (like GPT-4 and Claude) to analyze campaign messaging, social media strategy, comment sentiment, thematic trends, and public discourse around the mayoral frontrunners.

You'll learn to:

  • Use LLMs for social listening and surface the dominant emotions, topics, and arguments in user comments across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Reddit.

  • Generate real-time perspectives by prompting LLMs with live campaign material, interview transcripts, and donation data.

  • Apply prompt engineering and embeddings to compare narrative tone, style, and substance between candidates.

  • Design persona-based analyses (e.g., what would a Gen Z voter vs. a union worker think of Mamdani’s housing policy or Cuomo’s comeback bid?).

  • Create custom dashboards and auto-generated bullet-point briefings using natural language queries.

Forget polling averages. This course arms you with the tools to generate bespoke, AI-driven intelligence — on-demand, dynamic, and deeply contextual. If you’ve ever wondered how executives, journalists, and campaign teams are using generative AI behind the scenes, this is your inside look.
