What’s the program?

Week 1: Narrative Foundation

Kickoff & Storytelling for Founders — Why "why" matters more than "what." Foundations of personal branding and storytelling.
Narrative Discovery — A deep dive into your story, vision, and key messages. We work with you to surface the narrative that's already there - and shape it into something you can use.

Week 2: Media Training

Media Training 101 — How to do well in an interview. Bridging techniques, soundbites, body language, and on-camera confidence.
Mock Interview — A simulated interview with real-time feedback. We find the gaps in your story and help you close them.

Week 3: Content & Narrative

Founder Content - How to uncover and tell your story. Using AI as an accelerator, not a replacement.
Narrative Framework Workshop - We walk you through your personalized narrative framework, answer all the questions, and help you make it a living document.

Week 4: The Interview

The Interview Recording - This is where you put everything into practice. A real recorded conversation that stress-tests your narrative.

Anastasia Lowenthal is the VP of Communicationst at Hype.

Anastasia makes sure brands don’t just talk but resonate. Over the course of her career, she helped more than fifty crypto clients get their stories into the spotlight.

Anastasia is all about earning organic coverage the right way, through strong, story-driven narratives that journalists actually want to share and the audiences want to follow. She holds a Master’s of Liberal Arts from Johns Hopkins and a BA in English from Illinois Wesleyan.

Sasha Barrie started off as an IP lawyer, detoured into documentary filmmaking, and eventually found herself in crypto. Storytelling has been a constant for her, no matter what field she was in. Podcasting and writing brought her to Hype, where she now leads Founder Branding. She helps founders discover their voice and ground themselves in a personal narrative that feels true to them, and turn it into content that builds into a resonant public presence.

Who is Bootcamp for?

The course is ideal for founders, C-suite execs, builders, investors, operators, and anyone who has to do comms because you're in a startup and you wear 10 hats.

Just like you carefully iterate your product, you have to carefully iterate your personal narrative. Rome wasn't built in a day. Today is a great day to start.

Who’s this for?
Early-stage founders in crypto, AI, and fintech. Especially relevant if you're preparing to raise or launch. The program is also open to C-suite and investors who want to build visibility.

Who’s this NOT for?
Crypto hobbyists or anyone looking for “get followers quick.”

What is the time commitment?
~1.5-2 hours/week.

How is this different from a course?
Courses give you information. The Bootcamp is very hands-on. It gives you a narrative developed with you and stress-tested. Think of it as a storytelling sprint.

Can’t make a session?
No stress. All sessions are recorded. You do have to show up for the podcast recordings, though.

Tell me more about the interview and clips.
In Week 4, you'll record a narrative interview, a real conversation that puts your messaging to the test. We produce and deliver 2–5 edited short-form clips aligned with your narrative, optimized for social media. This isn't a practice run, it's content you can post immediately.

What do I get?
A locked narrative framework (key messages, talking points, content pillars, etc.), confidence articulating your story under pressure, a recorded interview, and 2–5 ready-to-post clips.

How do scholarships work?
Scholarships are for founders building great things who may not have the budget for the full program at this time. We have 3 scholarship spots. Apply by March 13, 2026. We'll review applications and announce recipients by March 18, 2026.

We want you to love The Bootcamp experience. If it’s not clicking for you, just let us know within the first two weeks, and we’ll give you a full refund. No questions. No hard feelings.
