​Join MBC BioLabs and friends for an afternoon of planetary health science, community, and summer fun. We're bringing together the researchers, founders, funders, and supporters building lab-forward solutions for our climate, agriculture, and environment, all under one tent in San Carlos.

​This is your invitation to meet the people working on what comes next when biotech meets climate tech.

​What to expect

​Soap box stories. Climate leaders take the mic for two-minute lightning talks on what drew them into the climate movement, the impact they hope to leave, and their personal theory of change. Expect candor, conviction, and the occasional curveball.

​Activate Planetary Health Green Ticket 2026. We'll announce the winner of the Activate Ticket — a full year of bench space and core facility access at our 733 Industrial campus, awarded to an early-stage company developing lab-enabled solutions for climate and agriculture. Selected by a panel of fellow climate supporters, this award is our way of putting real resources behind the science that can move the needle.

​Lab tours. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the science happening every day at 733 Industrial Rd.

​Lawn games, food truck, and chill summer vibes. Spike ball, cornhole, ping pong, basketball, a DIY photo booth, and food truck eats.

​Anyone building, funding, advising, or cheering on climate and ag tech is welcome. The event is open and inclusive to all who support a healthy and vibrant planet.

​We're just a 10-minute walk from the San Carlos Caltrain station. We also have bike racks for the green commuters out there.
