​Featured speaker: Michelle Gold

We're so excited to have Michelle share her expertise with the group!

Michelle Gold is a Santa Monica-based senior editor and AI creative artist with ten years of post-production experience across studio features, streaming originals, and broadcast television, with credits including Deadpool, Twin Peaks: The Return, HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Netflix's There's Someone Inside Your House. Over the past two years she's built a parallel practice in generative AI production, taking projects from prompt through final delivery across Kling, Seedance, Runway, Wan, ComfyUI, and Magnific — most recently serving as colorist/finishing editor on Plumb, an AI/hybrid feature documentary for Imagine Entertainment. She moves fluidly between traditional editorial tools (Avid, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) and AI-native workflows, treating generative video as an evolution of filmmaking rather than a separate discipline.

​We keep it small on purpose so everyone actually gets to meet everyone. We will do a quick introduction to kick things off, then get into a talk with our featured speaker, and then an open floor to talk about what you're working on, what's exciting, and what’s on your mind.
