Join us for the inaugural edition of the African AI Film Festival the first festival dedicated to African and African-diaspora filmmakers using AI. One night, one room, the best of a new generation of cinema:
A curated screening of the festival's official selection short films, animation, and documentary made with AI at their core, chosen by a pan-African jury of award-winning filmmakers
The awards ceremony including Best of Festival, Best Director, the Cultural Resonance Award, and Best Film by an African-Based Filmmaker
A two-continent celebration - the festival continues live in Uganda on December 12
The films are judged by an international jury spanning Kenya, Egypt, Nigeria, and Uganda, guided by an advisory board that includes some of the most recognized names in African film and AI art.
