Šių metų Europos žydų kultūros dienų tema - „Meilė“.
Šia progapristatome naują koncertų ciklo „Šokdink mane atgal į ateitį“ dalį: EREV SHEL SHOSHANIM. Muzikinis dialogas dviem balsams.
„Erev Shel Shoshanim“ („Rožių vakaras“) – viena geriausiai žinomų hebrajiškų meilės dainų, tapo atspirties tašku programai, kurioje hebrajiška kamerinė vokalinė muzika skambės greta operos ir operetės arijų. Nuo „Giesmių giesmės“ ir Leos Goldbergbei Rachel Bluwstein poezijos iki Marco Lavry, Noamo Sheriffo, Sasha Argovo, Fanny Hensel, Amy Beach, Franzo Leháro ir Charles’io Gounod kūrinių – šis vakaras kviečia meilę išgirsti skirtingomis kalbomis ir įvairiose muzikinėse tradicijose.
Scenoje girdėsite tarptautiniu mastu pripažintą solistę, sopranąSivan Goldman ir lietuvių publikai jau puikiai pažįstamą Berlyno Pestalozzistraße sinagogos kantorių, muzikos vadovą bei Abrahamo Geigerio koledžo kantorių programos vadovą IsidoroAbramowiczių, kuriems akompanuos pianistė Ivanna Nelson.
„Šokdink mane atgal į ateitį“ – koncertų ir kultūros renginių ciklas, puoselėjantis Lietuvos žydų (litvakų) kultūros muzikinę atmintį, iš naujo atrandantis jos istorijas per naujus balsus ir perkeliantis tai, kas buvo, į tai, kas dar tik laukia.
„Pavadinimas „Šokdink mane atgal į ateitį“ sujungia Leonardo Coheno dainą „Šokdink mane į meilės pabaigą“ ir Roberto Zemeckio filmą „Atgal į ateitį“. Kartu jie atveria kelionę tarp praeities ir dabarties, sekant Lietuvos ir litvakų istorijas, prisiminimus bei kultūrinius ryšius, kurie keliauja iš kartos į kartą ir šiandien atranda naujus balsus. „Erev Shel Shoshanim“ – kitas šios kelionės skyrius“, - pasakoja ciklo kuratorė Katya Kov.
Koncertą rengia agentūros „Pasaka“ ir „Create Culture Group“, bendradarbiaujant su laisvalaikio ir kultūros erdve „Cvi Parkas“. Renginį remia Geros valios fondas ir Vilniaus miesto savivaldybė.

On the occasion of the European Day of Jewish Culture 2026 and this year’s theme, “Love,” Dance Me Back to the Future presents its new chapter:
EREV SHEL SHOSHANIM. A Musical Dialogue for Two Voices
Erev Shel Shoshanim (“Evening of Roses” )is one of the best-known Hebrew love songs and sets the tone for a program bringing Hebrew art song into dialogue with Lied, opera and operetta. From the Song of Songs and the poetry of Leah Goldberg and Rachel Bluwstein to works by Marc Lavry, Noam Sheriff, Sasha Argov, Fanny Hensel, Amy Beach, Franz Lehár and Charles Gounod, the evening follows love through different languages and musical traditions.
Sivan Goldman, international opera and concert soprano, and Isidoro Abramowicz, Cantor and Music Director of Berlin’s Pestalozzistraße Synagogue and Head of the Cantorial Program at Abraham Geiger College, are accompanied by pianist Ivanna Nelson.
Dance Me Back to the Future is a concert and cultural series following the musical memory of Litvak culture through time, rediscovering its stories through new voices and carrying what once was into what is yet to come.
“The title Dance Me Back to the Future brings together Leonard Cohen’s Dance Me to the End of Love and Robert Zemeckis’s Back to the Future. Together, they open a journey between past and present, following Lithuanian and Litvak stories, memories and cultural connections that continue to travel through generations and find new voices today. Erev Shel Shoshanim is the next chapter in this journey.” - Katya Kov, curator of the series
This concert is produced by Pasaka x Create Culture Group in collaboration with Cvi Parkas and is supported by the GoodWill Foundation and Vilnius City Municipality.
