Before founding Collected Company, Nicole and Teo each spent a decade at Google, where they helped define the company’s AI strategy and bring its earliest generative technologies to life. Their work included drafting Google’s AI principles, launching LaMDA 1, LaMDA 2, the Gemini API, and developing AI Test Kitchen. As some of the first practitioners to shape and apply modern AI, they combine deep technical insight with expertise in design thinking and product innovation.
Through their work with companies, foundations, and civic institutions, they’re shaping how AI is integrated into everyday problem-solving.
