​Four 90-minute sessions.
Four consecutive Mondays at 12:00 PM ET.

​Each session includes 60 minutes of focused lessons and 30 minutes of live Q&A with other owners in the room.

​Pricing. Stop carrying legacy pricing and charge what your work is worth.

​People. Hire smarter, delegate more, and build accountability into your team.

​Process. Create repeatable workflows that run without you touching every file.

​Technology. Use your tech stack to work more effectively instead of just adding tools. This includes how to evaluate AI tools and build them into your workflow.

​Clients. Defining, attracting, and retaining your ideal clients.

​You leave with decisions made and actions underway. Not a notebook full of ideas you never revisit.

​This cohort is led by Adam Shay, CPA, MBA. Adam built, scaled, and sold a multi-million dollar accounting firm. He has lived the decisions you are facing and now coaches firm owners through Share the Knowledge LLC.
