A Celebration of Female Artistry: The Sinfonietta Plays Taylor Swift
Join Women of Culture and Warrior Women in Business on Saturday, March 28, as we celebrate Women’s History Month with an evening that honors women’s creativity and leadership in music.
After a members-only pre-show reception at Valerie, we’ll gather at The Town Hall in New York City for The Music of Taylor Swift: A Symphonic Tribute, presented by The Sinfonietta. This special performance features a 38-piece all-women orchestra—majority women of color—bringing Taylor Swift’s most beloved songs to life through lush, cinematic orchestral arrangements. Think Candlelight Concerts or Vitamin String Quartet, but on a grand scale with a full symphonic ensemble.
This is a wonderful opportunity to experience a fresh orchestral interpretation of iconic pop songs while supporting a mission-driven collective championing female musicians worldwide. The evening promises an atmosphere that is uplifting, immersive, and accessible, perfect for music lovers and fans of contemporary culture alike.

The Sinfonietta is a global pop culture orchestra collective with over a dozen all-women orchestras spanning four continents. They’ve headlined venues such as the Hollywood Bowl and Royal Albert Hall, and regularly collaborate with brands including Condé Nast, The Walt Disney Company, and Mattel. As a small, for-profit, women-run business, they’ve paid over $1 million in wages to women musicians—over 70% of whom are women of color—over the past five years.
