​For eight years, Sistas in Sales has gathered in New York City to celebrate excellence and shape the future of sales leadership. In 2026, we begin The Evolution — expanding beyond one city into a decentralized, global SIS Week.

​This year, your ticket (in-person or digital) gives you full access to the New York Kickoff programming and Gala — and connects you to the start of a new model. From there, SIS Week continues with free, chapter-led activations across NYC, DMV, Atlanta, London, and more, featuring:

• ​Thought leadership sessions with top executives

• ​Business development opportunities to spark new partnerships

• ​Skill-building trainings to strengthen your career

• ​Community gatherings from brunches to closing parties everywhere our members live and lead

​At night, we gather for the SIS Gala — our signature black-tie celebration of excellence, innovation, and community. The evening includes dinner, awards, cultural performances, live music by Velvet Motion Band, and a unifying global toast to the future of sales leadership.
