Begin SIS Week with an evening designed for celebration, connection, and community. Cocktails, passed bites, and live music by the Velvet Motion Band alongside the women you'll spend Monday learning, building, and growing with. Location shared with ticket holders soon.
The Welcome Reception is included with the Summit + Sunday Reception ticket.
Monday, September 21 — The Summit, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM
Celebrate nine years of Sistas in Sales and help us unveil the next era of SIS Week. This year's programming centers on the skills sales professionals need to lead what comes next: AI fluency, executive voice, content and thought leadership, career access, and community-powered advancement.
Three stages, all day:
The Frontier — main stage keynotes and panels
The Build — 45-minute talks and panels
The Academy — two-hour hands-on deep dive trainings in capped rooms
Recruiting is open all day. Meet directly with hiring partners from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM — no need to choose between sessions and your next opportunity. Connect with employers between sessions, on your own schedule.

SIS Week Continues
The Summit is only the beginning. Throughout the week, SIS chapters and partners host experiences across NYC, Atlanta, the DMV, London, and additional cities: recruiting events inside partner offices, thought leadership sessions with senior executives, business-development opportunities, career trainings, brunches, dinners, and closing celebrations. Registration requirements and capacity vary by city.
