Tickets and registrations for this event are for a leisure service with a specific date and time. In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven § 18, stk 2, no. 12), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does 

All ticket sales and registrations are therefore final and binding upon purchase/registration.

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason (including illness, change of plans, or travel issues), no refund will be issued.

We recommend transferring your ticket to another person if possible (subject to the organiser’s approval and any applicable transfer rules).

If the organiser cancels the event entirely, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid.

Any service/booking fees may be non-refundable, depending on the terms stated at the time of purchase.

If the event is rescheduled to a new date or the venue is significantly changed:

In cases of force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control), the organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event.
