About Event

AI is only as good as the context it has access to, and that context is often human-dependent and prone to error, high latency, or, worse—fraud.

What happens when AI can directly observe the physical truths it helps manage? We’ll explore how computer vision, infrared sensing and connected infrastructure can turn material movements and process conditions into traceable evidence—and how these agentically driven events can increase the credibility and efficacy of plastics recycling.

In this talk, Interamerica Studios' founder, Ryan Carter, a 15+ year veteran of the plastics recycling industry, will explain how AI and ML technology combined with advanced sensing infrastructure is being built and commercialized within the Studio's start-up program to solve real industry problems.
