Inclusive Product Ops: Leadership Roundtable
Product Ops has matured rapidly over the last few years to shape the operating system of product organisations influencing:
Insight and feedback mechanisms.
Decision rituals.
Roadmapping and portfolio governance.
Tooling and data infrastructure.
Ways of working and knowledge flow.
And yet, most product organisations are unintentionally scaling patterns of exclusion because inclusion is not systematically embedded in those systems.
Not because people don’t care.
But because:
Inclusion is treated as cultural, not operational.
Governance models optimise for speed and revenue and don't consider representation, equity or impact.
Insight systems privilege certain voices by design.
Prioritisation frameworks lean towards dominant majorities or those with power.
The result: product organisations become highly efficient at reproducing the same blind spots at scale.
Inclusive products drive revenue, increase market opportunities, offer better user experiences and increase customer loyalty. However considering inclusion just at the design stage or as an overthought is not enough.
Product Ops is uniquely positioned to change rituals, systems and practices where patterns are set and decisions are made.
We want to explore whether product ops sees inclusion as part of its remit and whether it feels equipped to take responsibility for embedding inclusive product practices.
We are not coming with answers or fixed ideas, but rather to create a space for participants to explore the topic.
Many senior product leaders recognise the systemic gaps but lack frameworks, benchmarks, or safe spaces to explore them.
Join an intimate and honest conversation with fellow senior product operations leaders to:
Discuss the drivers & real barriers to inclusive product practices in complex, high-scale environments, beyond the usual narratives.
Exchange thoughts on whether inclusion should or shouldn't be a core part of product ops and what role product ops could play in driving inclusive change.
Engage in frank, peer-level dialogue with fellow leaders navigating similar organisational dynamics, politics, and pressures.
Discuss what support is needed to embed inclusion into product operations by default.
What is an Amplify Leadership Roundtable?
This is not an expert panel, a workshop or a training session. It's an honest space for senior leaders to come together as equals, make meaningful connections, share lived challenges, and spark new thinking on inclusion and innovation.
To protect the quality of conversation, places are limited, and all participants are approved in advance.
If you sign up please come, or let us know you can't, so we can offer your place to someone else.
