AI in Construction: Transforming one of the world’s oldest industries with new intelligence
AI has transformed industries that work with clean and repeatable data, but construction faces a different challenge. Projects are unique, information is fragmented, and systems do not always connect. This presentation highlights the key pain points that slow progress and the opportunities where AI can truly make a difference. By strengthening our digital and cultural foundations, we can move from reactive to predictive decisions, using reliable data to improve how we plan, build, and deliver. AI in construction is not about hype, but about real impact, safer sites, and more efficient projects.
