Feb 2025 was the start of AI Engine where we took over UCL East Campus and brought together >200 builders who have gone on to create startups, join tech industries and be the creators of a vibrant tech ecosystem in London.
One year on, we're back and more central this time.

By attending this event (the “Event”), you acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place. By attending this Event, I agree to assume all of the risks pertaining to and / or associated with the Event, and, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, I agree (i) to waive, release, and discharge Dawn, its affiliated entities and any external organisers, service providers and / or sponsors (as applicable to the Event), from any and all liability for negligent property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me, and (ii) to indemnify and hold harmless, any of the aforementioned, against any and all loss, liabilities or claims made by any other individuals or entities as a result of my actions at the Event.
The Grand Prize is a trip for the winning team to attend NVIDIA GTC 2026 (the “Conference”). The Grand Prize is awarded to the entire winning team up to a maximum of four (4) people (the “Participants”). For each Participant, Dawn will book a package consisting of: Conference ticket, return economy flights, and five (5) nights’ standard hotel accommodation. Participants may request to extend the trip (or make upgrades) and, if approved, they will only need to pay the difference above the value of the package we cover. Dawn will also provide a minimum spending allowance (spending money) to each Participant in an amount of $150 / day.
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and any required visas/entry permissions. We do not assist with or sponsor visa arrangements. If a Participant cannot attend for any reason (including visa issues), we will offer a reasonable alternative prize such as a trip to Slush conference (or another comparable conference, of our choosing).
The Grand Prize and/or any other prize (if any) is conditional on successful completion of our KYC checks; if a participant fails or does not complete applicable KYC checks, we may forfeit the Grand Prize and/or any other prize (if any) for that participant.
The Grand Prize and/or any other prize (if any) may be treated as taxable income to the winners under applicable law. Each winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties or other applicable charges arising from acceptance, receipt or use of the Grand Prize and/or any other prize (if any). Dawn does not provide tax advice and will not gross up, reimburse or otherwise compensate winners for any tax liabilities.
Any intellectual property rights in any outputs created, developed, or delivered in connection with this Event (including, without limitation, prototypes, code, designs, documentation, data, and data-generated outputs) will remain the property of the relevant participants andor participating teams and will not transfer or be assigned to Dawn, or to any co-organiser or sponsor.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
