U-Conn (Uttoron Connect) is a community-driven initiative by Uttoron, a non-profit organization, designed to foster professional learning and meaningful connections through shared experiences, conversations, and networking.
This inaugural U-Conn session brings together experienced technology leaders and entrepreneurs to share real-world insights, perspectives on evolving industries, and lessons learned from building and operating at scale. The goal is to create an open, welcoming space for learning, reflection, and connection within the Uttoron community.

Angik Sarkar
Entrepreneur and Founder, Ixana
Angik Sarkar is a multi-time entrepreneur building foundational technology for Physical AI. At Ixana, he is developing Wi-R, a non-radiative connectivity platform that enables ultra-low power, real-time interaction between devices using electric fields.
Talk focus: The entrepreneurial journey from idea to execution, building deep tech from first principles, and lessons from turning bold visions into real-world products.
