Threads of Home – an immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experience exploring South Asian culture, identity, and belonging.

With Newham Council's Digital Inclusion Team

Created by students from London College of Fashion in collaboration with Newham’s South Asian communities, this powerful VR film invites you on a sensory journey through textures, sounds, and stories of home. Featuring narration by Newham writer Sharmila Chauhan and visuals inspired by workshops led by artist Isher Dhiman, Threads of Home celebrates the richness of family traditions, celebration, and memory.
