About The Climate Party
The Climate Party® is building a Scenius - collective genius - for Climate solutions in India.
Climate Parties are a series of immersive learning & ecosystem building events curated to enable interdisciplinary solutionists, either already working in or seriously considering a transition to the Climate space, to discover more of their kind across domains and cross-pollinate ideas for collaborative action.
Our climate parties across 7 cities over the past 2 years have brought together 3,000+ diverse Climate stakeholders, from CXOs to students, and culminated in tangible actions.
Event Details
Climate change is often discussed through reports, data, and technical jargon. But long before people understand an issue, they connect with a story!
Stories help us notice what is changing around us. They shape how we relate to our cities, landscapes, communities, and futures. They can make distant challenges feel personal and inspire action where facts alone often fall short.
This edition of Ahmedabad Climate Party explores the art of Climate Storytelling - how journalists, filmmakers, architects, illustrators, and creators turn complex climate realities into stories that people can see, feel, imagine and act upon. Through craft, case studies & an immersive experience, we'll explore how storytelling silently bridges the gap between climate awareness and action. Our storytellers use a variety of media to bring novel perspectives to lived & seemingly distant climate issues... in a way that WILL move you to action.

Tanmay Shah | Award-winning filmmaker @ Friday Fiction Films & visual artist who showcases social and environmental realities through compelling narratives. His latest art exhibition, Borrowed Earth, was on display at the Amdavad Ni Gufa last month
Ronak Gajjar | Journalist @ Divya Bhaskar and Mongabay India uncovering stories at the intersection of climate change, environment & wildlife
Mithali Garg | Architect, Illustrator & co-founder @ Studio Ithi who explores climate, cities and our built environment through nuanced visual storytelling
Experience a visual exploration curated by Studio Ithi to find connections between climate, architecture, and everyday spaces in new ways. Also, this is your chance to get mesmerized by Tanmay Shah's artistry in person.
Stumble upon people from multiple disciplines who are passionately working towards building resilient futures & find ways of working with them. As always, this will be followed by our signature climate games!
