​Custom Show: Outdoor Upcycling Fair & Clothing Swap

​Bring clothes to customize!

​This is a hands-on fair, so bring wearables to dye, patch, paint, stitch and remake:

• ​Tees, jeans, jackets, tote bags, hats, socks, anything you’d like to give new life

• ​Clothes you’re ready to part with. We’re also running a clothing swap and donation, so drop off what you don’t wear and take home something new to you.

• ​Layers and shoes you don’t mind getting messy. Dyes and paint happen, so wear something that can take it!

​What you can make
Drop in and try any of these, with friendly helpers to teach you as you go:

• ​Indigo dye and tie dye

• ​Screenprinting

• ​Painting, patches and buttons

• ​Beads, stitching and hand-stitching

​Custom airbrushing
Want something one of a kind? Our airbrush artists will custom-airbrush your piece!

​Meet the makers
Independent fiber artists will be on hand to teach, demo and share their work, and many will have pieces for sale.

​Music & food
A jam band will be playing all day. We’ll have food, and you’re welcome to bring something to share if you feel like it.

​Cost
RSVP is free. At the door, we ask for a sliding scale donation of [$5–$20]. Pay what you can. Nobody is turned away for lack of funds.

​Good to know
It’s outdoors, so dress for the weather. Plenty of parking is available on the street!
