Van is a leadership facilitator and organizational strategist who is passionate about unlocking creativity and collaboration at every level. She has coached leaders across startups, scale-ups, and large enterprises. Van specializes in trust building, conflict resolution, and creative problem solving. Her facilitation style blends warmth, curiosity, and actionable tools that help leaders feel confident and capable.
Chris Eversley
Chris is a former professional basketball player and NCAA champion who transitioned into leadership development and speaking. As the Founder and CEO of Overtime Solutions, he helps emerging and high-potential leaders build the mindsets and skill sets needed to thrive under pressure and through transition. With a background that combines athletic discipline, human resources expertise, and real-world leadership experience, Chris delivers a practical and energizing approach to leadership development.
Together, Chris (6’7”) and Van (barely 5’2”) bring two distinct perspectives. Chris focuses on the big picture vision while Van highlights the small but powerful habits that make leadership stick. This balance creates a workshop that is both memorable and practical.
