Raymond Ng, Senior Director of Strategic Innovation and Business Development at ATLATL, is an experienced leader in scientific innovation, strategy, and business development across pre-clinical R&D operations. He has a proven track record of establishing and operating local bioincubators, successfully bridging the gap between life sciences real estate, regulatory consulting, and venture building. Leveraging a powerful global network spanning VCs, government bodies, and biotech innovators, Raymond excels at identifying industry trends and driving cross-functional expansion in the local ecosystem.
Fabio La Mola is Partner (APAC Healthcare & Life Sciences) at Bain & Company, brings over 25 years of global advisory experience across biopharma, medtech, and digital health. He works extensively with top PEs, VCs, and multinational pharma companies to evaluate early-stage pipeline values and maximise market entry across the Asia-Pacific region. Heavily embedded in Singapore's funding architecture, he actively serves as a technical advisory panelist for the National Research Foundation (NRF) Central Gap Fund.
