Bitcoin Literacy Workshop

​Bitcoin Literacy Workshops are monthly, hands-on learning sessions designed to help people gain confidence, clarity, and control over their financial future with bitcoin. The goal is simply to allow people to experience using bitcoin first hand and become comfortable with how to use it.

​Hosted in public libraries, community centers, and schools across the state, each workshop is free to attend and taught in plain language.

​What You’ll Learn

​Bitcoin can feel overwhelming – until it clicks. Our workshops are designed to demystify bitcoin and give you a solid foundation you can build on. Workshops include:

​• How to get started with your first wallet and transaction
• Simple security practices to keep your bitcoin safe
• How bitcoin works, and why it can’t be inflated or shut down

​You’ll leave with a glossary of terms, a list of trusted tools and resources, and the chance to ask any questions. No jargon, no judgment.

​How It Works

​Each workshop is 90 minutes, with plenty of time for Q&A and hands-on help. You’ll be guided by a local instructor – someone who probably started right where you are.

​We host events in rotating locations across Tennessee, from Memphis to Knoxville and everywhere in between. You can also request a workshop for your school, church, or organization.
