Earth Mic: A Night of Poetry & Music

​Recenter yourself at Earth Mic! Join us in a cozy candlelit studio for an evening salon of performances dedicated to our collective future. Enjoy a lineup of poetry, prose, and music rooted in climate reflection.

​🎤 Doors open at 6:30pm and performances will begin promptly at 7pm

​We recommend arriving early to enjoy a bite and get comfortable in the studio. Local favorite Paulie Gee’s vegan pizza 🍕 and other snacks will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Limited folding chairs will be available with additional standing room and floor seating.

🎟️ 🌎 Tickets & About The Orgs

Tickets are limited RSVP here in advance! Suggested donations are on a sliding scale. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. All donations will be divided evenly to benefit three organizations working toward climate solutions. Learn more about these groups:

• ​Climate Cafe NYC: Volunteer led group centered around community discussions to reflect on climate emotions, while getting connected to more climate actions
  

• ​The NYC Climate Writers Collective: A small critique group that provides community and support for NYC climate writers through workshops and programming.
  

• ​ClimateFlotilla: Unites Caribbean communities and global allies in a sailing journey that fosters dialogue, delivers solar support, and calls for binding global climate action.

• ​Food: Paulie Gee’s vegan pizza will be served from 6:30-7pm before show beings and during intermission. Other light vegan snacks, sides & drinks will be available!

• ​Venue: Buzz in front door (About 10 minute walk from Bedford L train station)

• ​Studio is shoes-free. Please be mindful of performances in progress.
