The Comet research team is hosting a casual Hawaiian food lunch right by the water during NeurIPS. Because honestly, when the weather's hitting a gorgeous 20°C/65°F+, you should be outside soaking it up, not stuck in a windowless hall.

We're keeping things relaxed and low-key, grab some food, enjoy the view, and actually have real conversations with people who get what you're working on. Whether you want to talk about your latest research, complain about grant wiriting and data wrangling or just enjoy your meal in peace, you're welcome here.

This is happening right at the start of the conference, so it's a perfect way to ease into the week without the usual first-day chaos. Plus, food by the water? That's just good decision-making.
