stay curious: a zine club

​Were you a magazine girl? I was. I used to collect them, hoard them and rearrange them re-reading the ones I loved and cutting up the ones I was less attached too but really I just loved the way that magazines could transport me to another space. Zines are naturally one of my favorite things as an adult because they can still educate, transport and transform.

​this studio session is for you if you too were a magazine kid. Each session will provide you with the materials and direction needed to create your own zine based on different themes and prompts each month.

​This month the prompt is: a passport to the city. What parts of home do you feel you have here versus what parts do you not have. How can we help you plot your next few months in a way that can help you put down better roots here and make it feel like home? Is it friends you desire? Is it hobbies? Is it third spaces? Lets figure it out and create a roadmap for belonging custom to you.
