Meet Your Facilitators
Diane Loviglio
Diane brings over 20 years of experience as a startup founder, executive coach, and UX leader. She’s built companies from the ground up — including one with a successful exit — and now helps founders and design leaders navigate ambiguity and create what's next.
Most recently, Diane led UX Research teams shaping AI experiences at Google Search, where she worked at the forefront of how people discover and interact with information through intelligent systems.
Kate Edgar Owen
Kate is a lecturer and advisor at WashU in St. Louis's School of Design and Entrepreneurship Center where she helps the next generation of designers hone their craft and human-centered problem-solving skills. Kate brings over 15 years of experience as a design leader, educator, and facilitator. Prior to teaching, Kate led global product design, research, and creative marketing departments in the US and Latin America. She loves unleashing the power of communities and has facilitated sought-after workshops at design conferences across London, Portugal, San Francisco, and Nairobi.
