​World Business Chicago Workforce and the Mayor’s Office - Health & Human Services are proud to convene a curated group of employer partners aligned with the 2050 Plan to strengthen alignment between employer hiring needs and the City of Chicago’s workforce ecosystem.

• ​Increase employer awareness of City-supported workforce resources

• ​Identify opportunities to streamline employer access to public workforce systems

• ​Advance inclusive hiring strategies that support economic mobility
