Pitch Yourself: Engineering Day
We’re opening IRC’s Toronto office for the day to meet engineers and technical people who might want to build with us.
Instead of sending another résumé into a portal, come pitch yourself in person. Tell us what you’ve worked on, what you want to build next, and how you think.
We’ll give a quick introduction to both companies, then spend the day doing interviews. You’ll meet the founders and the people you’d actually work with—not an outside recruiter.
Come by, grab a coffee and some breakfast, and have a real conversation with us.

11:00–11:30 AM — Doors Open
Coffee, light breakfast, and meet the teams.
11:30–11:45 AM — What We’re Building
A quick introduction to Tools for Enlightenment, IRC, and the roles we’re hiring for.
11:45 AM–3:30 PM — Interviews
Drop in during your selected time window, meet the founders and team, and interview with the people you’d actually work with.
1:30–1:45 PM — Afternoon Introduction
A second company intro for anyone arriving later in the day.
3:30–4:00 PM — Closing Hang
Meet the other engineers in the room, continue conversations, and wrap up the day.
