About Event

Designers and Engineers share the same goal — building great products.
So why does collaboration still feel… hard sometimes?

The truth is, it’s not about skills — it’s about how we work.

Designers often explore problems through Design Thinking, embracing ambiguity and iteration.
Engineers focus on Agile, SDLC, and delivery, optimizing for feasibility, stability, and speed.

Different methodologies, different priorities — and that’s where friction begins.

In this interactive 2–3 hour session, we’ll bring Designers and Engineers together to:

  • Map out how each side actually works

  • Uncover where misunderstandings and conflicts happen

  • Share real experiences from both perspectives

  • Collaboratively define better ways of working together

This is not a lecture — it’s a working session.
Expect open conversations, practical exercises, and honest insights.

Whether you’re a Designer trying to work better with Engineers,
or an Engineer navigating design ambiguity — this session is for you.

Let’s turn friction into flow.
