Christina Cacioppo, Co-founder & CEO, Vanta
Christina Cacioppo is the CEO and co-founder of Vanta, the leading AI-powered Trust Management platform backed by Sequoia Capital, Craft Ventures, Y Combinator, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Christina founded Vanta in 2018 after experiencing firsthand the manual and time consuming process of getting SOC 2 during her time leading Dropbox Paper. Today, over 12,000 companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust—all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
Paul Perrett, Co-Founder & Co-CEO, Firmable
Paul Perrett is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Firmable, an AI sales intelligence platform transforming how sales teams drive growth through smarter insights. He has deep expertise in finance, operations, and building high-performing go-to-market engines. Paul was previously CEO of MessageMedia, leading its $1.7B sale to Sinch, and COO at Aconex, where he helped drive global expansion and its $1.6B acquisition by Oracle. He is also a General Partner at Glitch Capital, ANZ’s first founders fund.
Kell Reilly, Partner, Airtree
Kell Reilly is a partner at Airtree, a leading venture capital firm backing Aussie and Kiwi founders building the iconic technology companies of tomorrow. With 110+ portfolio companies and over $2bn in funds under management, Airtree has been an early investor in breakout successes such as Canva, Go1, Employment Hero, Linktree, Immutable and A Cloud Guru. Kell returned to Australia in 2024 after 13 years in Silicon Valley. He was previously a Managing Director at General Atlantic, leading their Silicon Valley office and previously worked at leading global investment firms such as Dragoneer Investment Group, D1 Capital and Pacific Equity Partners. He's led private investments into generational technology companies, including Airbnb, Airwallex, Atlassian, Gusto, SafetyCulture, Samsara, Slack, Spotify and Uber. Kell holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
