A calm and caring circle where we slow down, breathe and practice mindfulness in community. This may include meditation, visualisations and mindful movement.
Even brief bursts of mindfulness can benefit our wellbeing, so Pause Together sessions are short and sweet (15-30 minutes), with busy lives in mind.
We meet usually on the last Sunday every month, to help you press pause and reset for the week and month ahead.
