Talk #1 Abstract (Building AI Dev Rel with Jutsu by Zahid Islam): Developer support is the lifeblood of every technical ecosystem — but scaling it is hard. Traditional chatbots and FAQ bots break down when context shifts, documentation changes, or developer intent gets nuanced. This workshop explores Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) — the next evolution of AI agents that can reason, retrieve, and act autonomously.
You’ll learn how Agentic RAG differs from standard RAG, how it’s used in real-world developer workflows (docs, GitHub issues, hackathons), and why it’s the foundation for reliable, context-aware developer assistants.
We’ll finish with a live demo of AgentRel, showing how it can instantly answer real developer questions across docs, GitHub, and Discord — scaling DevRel support like never before.
Workshop Goals By the end of the session, participants will: Understand the difference between standard RAG and agentic RAG. Learn how to design context-rich, multi-step agent workflows. See real-world DevRel applications of AI agents in action. Gain insights on how to deploy and evaluate agentic RAG systems using AgentRel.
