​​🛠️ Roles & Departments

​​Volunteers may be assigned to one or more of the following departments based on interest and skillset:

​​1️⃣ Operations & Logistics

• ​​Venue coordination and setup

• ​​Participant flow and on-ground management

• ​​Resource allocation and scheduling support

​​2️⃣ Technical & Hackathon Support

• ​​Assisting teams with basic technical coordination

• ​​Managing problem statements, submissions, and evaluation flow

• ​​Supporting mentors and judges during review sessions

​​3️⃣ Registration & Helpdesk

• ​​Handling participant check-ins and onboarding

• ​​Managing queries before and during the event

• ​​Coordination with teams and organizers

​​4️⃣ Outreach & Community Engagement

• ​​Communication with participants, mentors, and partners

• ​​Managing email, WhatsApp, and announcement channels

• ​​Supporting partnerships and collaborations

​​5️⃣ Design, Media & Content

• ​​Creating posters, social media creatives, and announcements

• ​​Photography, videography, and live coverage

• ​​Content writing and post-event documentation

​​6️⃣ Hospitality & Guest Coordination

• ​​Assisting mentors, judges, speakers, and sponsors

• ​​Managing schedules, hospitality, and coordination
