The Conscious Expansion experience weaves together breathwork, Reiki energy healing, and curated sound frequencies delivered through our signature weBreathe silent headsets. The headsets create a cinematic soundscape, allowing you to drop deeply inward to your own experiences.
We begin with foundational weBreathe techniques to regulate the nervous system and create safety in the body. From there, we move into our signature weRelease and weLull breath patterns. These heightened, rhythmic breathing techniques move attendees into emotional release, expanded awareness, and profound clarity.
Reiki energy healing is layered throughout the journey to support energetic alignment, while intentional sound frequencies help guide the nervous system into altered states of consciousness where insight and healing can occur more efficiently.
The active breathwork journey lasts approximately one hour and is followed by sound bowls & psychological integration with founder Natasha Baillères, M.A.,M.Ed, allowing you to process and anchor your experience in a way that feels personal and embodied.
Whether you are new to breathwork or deeply experienced, this is a space to soften, expand, and reconnect with yourself.
