This event is limited to 25 participants only, so please reserve your slot early.
Late arrivals will not be admitted, as the session will begin promptly and we want to ensure the best experience for everyone.
Please come dressed in comfortable yoga or activewear that allows for easy movement. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and a small towel.
