About this session
The Nature Tech Collective is a small team running a global community of practitioners, investors, and corporate stakeholders across dozens of geographies and technology categories. Like many nonprofits in this space, we were doing meaningful work on infrastructure that wasn't built for it.
Through monday.com's nonprofit program, we received twenty hours of pro bono expert support to rebuild our operations from the ground up. In this session, we'll share what we built and how it benefits the Nature Tech Ecosystem.
monday.com's nonprofit team will open with an introduction to their platform, and walk through what their nonprofit offer actually looks like in practice. Then NTC's community lead will demo the membership architecture we built together: how we onboard members, track engagement, manage in-kind partnerships, and surface connections across a complex global network.
We hope to offer a transparent look at what's now possible for a small nonprofit team that's serious about operational efficiency, and an invitation to ask the questions you haven't had time to research yourself.
