Hard Negatives: AI Engineers Debate & Game Night
Join the AI debate night where you defend the take you'd never post online.
RAG is dead. AI is already sentient. Open weights should be banned. We should trust models we can't explain.
Think you can argue either side?
Find a partner and sign up as a team. At the event, you’ll draw a controversial AI take at random. Your team gets 3 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to make the case. You don’t choose the position. You have to sell it.
The room votes live. The strongest arguments win prizes.
First prize: Nintendo Switch Lite
Second prize: Lego Technic NASA Artemis Space Launch System
Third prize: Qdrant hoodies
Teams of 2, each person receives a prize
Additional prizes to be announced
Both members of every winning team receive a prize.
Not feeling argumentative? Come watch the debates, play games, grab a drink, and enjoy the spectacle from a safe distance.
Your RSVP includes:
one drink ticket (beer, wine, classic cocktail or well drink) for the first 150 people to arrive
Small bites and appetizers
Unlimited pool tables, darts, foosball , ping pong and shuffleboard tables
