No polished keynotes. No vanity metrics. Just honest stories and people who want to dig in.

Hosts will actively connect people with one simple prompt: "What are you currently building or struggling with?"
🔹19:00 – 19:05 - Opening: tonight isn't about polished success stories, it's about what actually happens behind the scenes, and how we solve real problems together
🔹19:05 – 20:00 - Founder Stories (3 × 15 min) each founder takes 15 minutes:
5 min on what they're building, traction, key wins
5 min on what's not working - the real bottlenecks
5 min on a specific ask for the room
⚡20:00 – 20:10 - Break & Reset
🔹20:10 – 20:40 - Breakout: Solution Mode Groups form around tables, each assigned to one founder. Your mission: 30 minutes to give them the best possible ideas.
Every group must also bring one bold, unconventional idea to the table
🔹20:40 – 20:55 - Present & Vote Rapid walkaround: each group has 3 minutes to share their best ideas.
The audience votes on Best Solution and Most Creative Idea. A symbolic reward goes to the winners
🔹20:55 – 21:20 - Panel Discussion: a deeper dive with all three founders
👥21:20 – 22:00 - Networking & Music
