XL Offline Hangout 📵🤗⛪ | Live Music | Special Edition

The Offline Club Cologne is joining forces with the queer, cozy and communal Protestant Church of Köln Deutz/Poll to bring the first Offline Hangout XL to life.
150 humans will be coming together in the cool and atmospheric Protestant Church of Köln Deutz/Poll for a slow Saturday afternoon of creative flow, reading, live music, offline connection and unhurried time.
⛪️This church does it differently. Priest Tim Lahr has created something truly unique: a church with the warmth of a home.
Full of carpets, pillows and sofas, this church welcomes anybody and everybody who believes in humanity, empathy and love.
📵And it is exactly in this spirit that we are co-creating a whole afternoon offline, with live music and community-led workshops.
Join us on Saturday, May 9th as we escape into a different world where time slows down, people are open to connect, and you can truly let yourself be.

What to expect:

12:00 - 13:00 | Arrive & make yourself at home
13:00- 14:30 | Connect with yourself + live music
14:00 - 17:00 | Connect with others + (optional) community-led workshops

This is your time to sit back and enjoy uninterrupted time to yourself. Recharge by reading a book, drawing, journaling, or engaging in any solo activity you like. Need a little inspiration? We’ve got you covered with art supplies and more.
Live, atmospheric music will accompany us in our 1,5 hours of shared silence.

Chat & connect with others (but only if you feel like it) or join an (optional) community-led workshop.
This is the time to meet new people, enjoy meaningful conversations and try new creative activities. We create laid-back spaces where talking to strangers is the norm and connection is made easy. Feel free to come solo, or with friends.
The connection time will last 3 hours, but you are of course welcome to leave before.
About your phone: Your phone will rest in our phone hotel, and we’ll be its body guards. But just so you know, if it magically disappears, learns to fly, or mysteriously breaks… The Offline Club can’t be held responsible.
In case of trust issues - you can also choose to turn it off and keep it hidden away, out of sight!
Refunds are not possible...
But! If you cancel at least 48 hours before the event, you can request a voucher to use toward a future event.
