The Founders’ Ascent — Hike & Breathwork at Kirby Cove

As the weather begins to warm up, let’s take advantage of the incredible surroundings the Bay Area offers and bring together our shared passion for growth and meaningful connection for a vibrant morning outdoors.
What Awaits You
We’ll meet at 9:00 AM for a 4.9 km hike to Kirby Cove, one of the most beautiful coastal trails in the Bay Area, offering panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the Pacific Ocean, and the surrounding cliffs.
Midway through the hike, we’ll pause for a focused breathwork session led by Elnara Iskakova — a moment to slow down, reset your nervous system, reconnect with the present, and sharpen mental clarity. The session will be followed by a brief gratitude practice, leaving you grounded and re-energized for the rest of the walk.
Program & Details
This gathering is intentionally simple: fresh air, movement, thoughtful people, and space for conversations that matter.
9:00 AM — Meet at the trailhead (see the map and picture below)
9:15 AM — Hike begins (stragglers may need to sprint to catch up 😉)
10:15 AM — Guided breathwork with Elnara Iskakova
10:35 AM — Free time on the beach
11 AM — Continue the walk and conversations
12:30 PM (optional) — Lunch in Sausalito for those who wish to extend the morning
